Our classes are suited to both men and women of all fitness and skill levels. If you are a beginner we will make sure you feel welcome and show you correct boxing techniques to ensure you can train safely while getting a great workout.

10 Week Train Like A PRO
Our 10 Week Train Like A PRO boxing class is designed to get you ready for the ring. Once you have completed the 10 week programme you will be given the chance to fight in the ring against a real opponent if you are ready.

In our 10 week transformation programme we will take all of your measurements and before photos so that once you complete it you will be able to see the incredible results.
